Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Your mobile number (for sign-in by one-time code), your name and email, the UAE bank account (IBAN) you add for sale proceeds, delivery addresses you enter, identity information where required by law (such as Emirates ID), your order history, and basic device and usage data needed to run and secure the service. We never see or store your card number; it is entered on our payment provider's page.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, execute and record your orders, pay out sale proceeds, deliver coins and bars, meet legal obligations (including UAE anti-money-laundering requirements), prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
3. Who we share it with
JustGold, our bullion partner (your name, mobile number, orders and delivery address, to open and run your gold account); Network International (to process card payments and refunds); Twilio (to send sign-in codes and place support calls); Google Firebase (authentication and secure data storage); OpenAI (the text of messages you send to our support chat assistant); our email provider (to send receipts and ticket updates); and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Where your data is stored
Account data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in India (asia-south1), with encryption in transit and at rest; some of the service providers above process data in other countries. Access is restricted and audited, and records that affect money can only be written by our secured backend systems.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE data protection law, you may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account (subject to record-keeping obligations that apply to financial and precious-metal transactions) by writing to us.
6. Retention
Transaction and identity records are kept for the periods required under applicable UAE regulations, after which they are securely deleted.
