1. Who we are
Grow Capital is a digital gold platform operated by Peace Haven Trading FZC ("we", "us"). Gold pricing, vaulting and delivery are provided by our bullion partner, JustGold. Card payments are processed by Network International.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, resident in the United Arab Emirates, and hold a UAE mobile number to use Grow Capital. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name as on your Emirates ID or passport.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). When you review an order we lock JustGold's live price for a few minutes; the grams, price, any VAT and the total are shown before you pay. If your payment is not completed within that window, the order is cancelled and any payment taken is refunded to your card.
4. Identity verification
To comply with UAE anti-money-laundering requirements we may ask you to verify your identity, and we may apply per-order and daily limits. We may suspend transactions on accounts with incomplete or inconsistent information.
5. Holding and ownership
Gold you buy is credited to your gold balance with JustGold and is backed 1:1 by physical 24K gold held in secure vaults.
6. Sale and delivery
You may sell gold at JustGold's live sell price; proceeds are paid to the UAE bank account you add, which must be in your name. You may also request delivery of coins or bars to an address in the UAE, subject to product availability and the charges shown before you confirm.
7. Risk disclosure
Gold prices can go down as well as up. Past performance is not a guarantee of future returns. Grow Capital does not provide investment, legal or tax advice; you are responsible for your own decisions.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, not to use a payment card that is not yours, and not to interfere with the platform's security or operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the platform is limited to the value of the affected transaction. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Changes and contact
